Alabama Genealogical Society, Inc. ADOPT-A-LIBRARY PROGRAM

In an effort to continue our goal to educate the general public about genealogical research and to provide accessibility of historical records, the Alabama Genealogical Society, Inc. will honor the library of your choice with an annual gift membership. The Adopt-A-Library Program allows you to choose any library, whether it is in the community you are now living; your old home place; or the area of your ancestors, to receive a one year AGS membership. This membership provides a subscription to the AGS Magazine and AGS Newsletter, and the AGS Membership & Surname Directory as well as opportunities to attend educational seminars.

Gift memberships may be given in honor or memory of a loved one or friend and will be acknowledged in a future AGS publication. Notices of acknowledgment will be sent to the library and the honored person or family, as indicated on the request form below. The gift membership is $15.00 per year/per library.
