Springville Preservation Society

• The first-ever $500 AGS grant was presented to Springville Preservation Society to use on equipment to video oral histories at the August 2023 Seminar. Thanks to the Alabama Genealogical Society Grant Program, the Springville Heritage Center now has the capability to record video and oral histories onsite. A camera and other equipment were purchased for recording and preserving treasured stories and family histories.
